ABOUT ME AND MY PRODUCTS

 

I have been designing jewelry and working with metal for more than 20 years.  I am a fan of jewelry from the 1940s through the 1960s when chunky gemstones were placed into definitive settings, when jewelry made a statement of independence and personal style, when people fell in love with their pieces and wore them all the time.  Signatures. That's what jewelry was.  

 

A mixed media artist, currently working with copper, silver, and designing abstract functional pieces (they will find their way here soon). For now I am showcasing statement jewelry from 2015 and moving forward.  

 

I am a trained metalsmith.  My first love was painting, however, and my interests continue to expand.

Note: Every piece is a one-of-a-kind design.  the majority of the chains and clasps are made by me. I will note when they are not although that is rare. And every piece is created with eco friendly materials, using as few chemicals as possible.  Each piece is polished and waxed for maximum preservation. Every piece you purchase from me is accompanied with care instructions and a little bit of "Lagniappe".
